It's that opening riff that does it for everyone, isn't it? Even the mention of the word 'bulldog' get's the fantastic, energy filled intro right into your little skull. The song purely makes no sense, really - apart from the odd fantastic line like 'If you're lonely you can talk to me!' and so on... but it's the energy, the way the band get together and create such a tune that is as relevant now as it was forty odd years ago.
