The Vaccines - Wetsuit.

It was my friend Joe who got me into the song, and it constantly reminds me of him just because of us driving around with this song playing whilst it was sunny out. I probably remember it the most from our little car journey because of how much of a great summer song it is, it has the subtle guitar that creates it's own atmosphere for the an unforgettable tune. There isn't much music in it, it's Justin Young that carries this song all the way through till the end. But I love the drum beat, it constantly feels as though something huge is going to happen - like in club music where they have the euphoric energy before the bass kicks in, but this songs stays with that euphoric feel.

A song about being young, I love the line "For goodness sake let us be young" it has that feel of a calmer 'My Generation', one that gives a calm message to the adults that make their kids grow up to fast - and believe me, we live in a generation where that is happening.
